IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

THESE ARE SOME OF THE FORMS OF ID WE CAN ACCEPT. NOTE THAT WE NEED TO SEE ORIGINAL AND UNEXPIRED DOCUMENTS IN ORDER TO VERIFY THE IDENTITY OF THE SIGNER:

A passport issued by the Department of State of the United States
A passport issued by a foreign government if the document is stamped by the United States Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services.
A driver license or an identification card issued by a public agency authorized to issue driver licenses in a state other than Florida or in a territory of the United States, or Canada or Mexico.
An identification card issued by any branch of the armed forces of the United States
A veteran health identification card issued by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs

NOTARIZATION
REQUIREMENTS

A notary public may not notarize a signature on a document unless he or she personally knows, or has satisfactory evidence, that the person whose signature is to be notarized is the individual who is described in and who is executing the instrument, Personal appearance is required , the signer must always appear before the notary.

SIGNATURES
REQUIREMENTS

A document that needs notarization may not be sign unless the signer is before the notary. First the Notary must identifies the signer, then signer simply signs the document in front of the Notary.
